You dont need top of the line electrical system for 1 btl, u might need a strong capacitor possibly an extra battery but u dont need to get all that stuff for it, i have a 15" btl fully loaded on a hifonics brutus 20100, 2000rms, and no extras and my battery gage is fine, i am getting an extra battery just so it takes strain off the alternator but u dont NEED it. Silence x2. -------alittle over the top but you get the picture

no, the btl is capable of more power x2, absolutely NO

One takes more power, if you dont have the room to run an 18" subwoofer then it will be a waste of money and should just stick with the 15" of either model you get. well its going in the back of a jeep cherokee so room shouldnt be an issue. but if there are no big advantages to an 18in sub ill probably stick with the 15in BL i would say the 15 inch fi bl for spl and the fi q for "SQL"kicker l7's sound nasty in prefab boxes SQ not "SQL"
