Yea exactly julian, so if I have dual 2 on my sub shouldn't I be able to get the full 1500 since the amp is at 2 ohms?

sorry i haave a dual 2 bl and the amp is 2 ohm stable... could it be that my subs wired wrong? im kind of a noob at this stuff :/

the voltage is the same and everything runs fine.

hi all. i have a bl 12 at dual 2 hooked up to a kicker 1500zx mono amp. its all hooked up correctly yet when i turn my car on the amp goes straight to protection. any thoughts on why it might be doing this? the only two problems i can think of is that my inline is a few volts low of the requierments, or the fact that i have 4 gauge wire and might need 0 gauge? the volts from the battery are only short by about .5 volts. any input or advice would be well appreciated!!!

No no I get it I was just asking because I ordered my bl so I'm able to change it to 1 ohm if I'd like.

So I was just looking at the sundown 1500 which of those would you reccomend between the kicker and sundown?

thats the thing for he kicker im looking for a discounted price around 500 or less like you can find amazon and what not but 450 is what i reallly want to stay at. i use to have the 1600 brutus but then it got stolen out my truck.

so i have a question? i have a Fi BL 12 that i beleive has a blown voice coil (soon to be fixed) but i was looking on the Fi re-cone page and started filling out the details and it asked me about the basket and the stacks? can some one please explain to me what those options mean? Every one input is aprreciated.
