I have just run everything through my receiver so as to not have to have two different systems in my house.

Did you ever figure out your problem? You can also try to rearrange the furniture in the room as that can distort your sound and could be reflecting the bass out of the room.

I am not surprised that best buy would not have anything you were looking for. I would say just look at some online stores until you find what you are looking for. Plus you can get better deals online.

I'd just go with the w7's.
