vtec poppa

Hello Everyone i just got on this forum today after ordering my BTL18 on friday. I just have a few questions...i wanted to know about how long after i place an order should i receive and shipping dates or the spesker itself and also. I started build a box and i dont know what size to cut the wood for the vent. If anyone can help please let me know. Due the type of car i have i have to makes the box thin and long with the speaker facing upwards and the magnet towards the ground. The boxes overall hieght legnth and depth is: H - 11 - L - 39 - D - 20. If you want exact messurements here they are. Dimensions: 39x19 <--top and bottom where the speaker would be ont the top. 19x9 and 3/8 <-- left and right (side woods). 37 and 1/2x9 and 3/8 front and back (baffle and back) where speaker would "normally go". i want to know how short i should cut the would on the 37 and 1/2. to get good lows and also how long the wood should be inside the box...PLEASE Help!
