hey man dieting is a really good step but you mentioned you do work out right? well if you do then buy a supplement called creatine! i know you and everyone else has probably heard of this but i was 275 pounds before i started working out while taking this product and lost 40 pounds in 2.5 months! but i drank mine with gatorade....they say this builds muscle and burns fat if used properly! but i also didn't diet, so could have lost more weight, maybe!

just like the guy above me mentioned, get a sundown amp...hifonics is good but canno't compare to sundown amps..also i'm not sure on your budget but another good amp brand is the amp i use! they are called titanium power, you can look them up on the web, not sure of your budget but i bought my 2400 for 450.00 (used) new they are like 600.00 range! and are worlds better i've owned rockford,kicker,and mtx amps!

i know yall have heard me say i have 2 15" cvx's in sealed box which is about 5 cubic feet!! i wanna show off at prom next weekend but i only have 1 fi q 15"right now, the other one i ordered about 3 days ago, so it will take like a week for the other one to come in.... right now i have the q in the box on my kicker zx 1000. however i still have the 2 cvx's handy, so should i just use those to show off and put my titanium 2400 amp back in to push them? or would yall just leave the Q in on the zx 1000? to me the Q sounds alot better and picks up more frequencies but i'm still kinda breaking the sub in, i've probably played it for about 1 hour total! if you were in my shoes what would you do? the q sounds good but the 2 cvx still hit harder, of course cause of the air they are pushing!

i just did the big 3 on my car and the question is the power coming from the alternator to the battery do i need to put a fuse there or not? i left the stock wire intact from the alt to the bat because if i cut it i wouldn't be able to see if my alt is failing or not since it wouldn't be going through the fuse box!! now if i put a big fuse between the wire and still have the other stock fuse in the fuse box there will it mess up anything? or should i just leave it like it is?

well since jbl and the re is out...the polk sound crisp and all but will not really give you the bass you are looking for...i would go for the L7's...everyone says they lack in sq but in a 8"really can't judge a sub for lack in sq now when you get up to 12's 15's and 18"s then we can talk about sq...but as far as power handling and output i'd go for the L7's and if you don't choose them go for the L5's..these are good subs also
