have you heard the new .ref line from SS ?? From what i understand it is the original engineers that recreated/reworked them... I have been waiting for my local car audio retailer to get them.. hopefully sometime next week

I drive an xterra so i have the room to build a box how ever big.. i am just curios if i am going to here much of a sonic / quality difference between them... I always assumed 10" were a bit more accurate than 12's... any opinions on that...

I am looking to order a FIq this weekend but not sure which to go with.. i am looking for SQ and good tight musical bass... it will be in a enclosed box that i will make.. should i go with the 10 or 12 and any other options i should chooce? David

Is worth moving into the 2200D for the extra 120 bucks? And the general census would be go for the 2 10's? ..

thanks for the welcome... as for music preferences.. its very wide open.. my ipod has mostly rock/metal from Korn to kid rock, fear factory .. sprinkle in The PRODIGY, NWA, KANYE, LL, ICE T and than mayb even a few celine dion and than lots of BOB MARLEY & PETER TOSH.. budget it around 6 for a sub & amp, but i can swing a little higher if needed.. SQ first but also love some good LOW Rumble..

Hello all, looking for some guidance .. I am considering purchasing 2 FiQ 10's and using a AQ 1200 D to power them.. I am unsure on the options. i am assuming dual 2 ??? I drive an Xterra so i am considering building a box that would fit behind the rear seats following the slanted contour (thin on top to larger on the bottom) with the amps attached to the back of the box... I figure 2 10's because it would look better than 1 but not sure if i need 2.. Any opinions, thoughts, box ideas would be more than welcome.. Definitly looking for SQ and not SPL. dave
