I don't think the Xcon is what you're looking for. It can get really loud, but it's not an spl sub. If you have a good box for 2 12"s, the idea of the 2 sa 12s is good. Good match with your amp. The single btl will be loud too, but you will want to upgrade your amp soon, to take advantage of this monster sub ! You can try to get a Sundown Z15 too : it's another beast ! other idea, but don't know the total cost : 2 Fi bl's in 12". Incriminator Death Penalty, or Death row There are tons of subs in the market. Take a look at the ssa store. You will find some ideas. Good luck

Soooo niiiiice ! I ilke your speak-on terminals; I couldn't solder big wires on mine,though. I had to use pure cooper phone cable laced together. But it is so easy to plugg or unplugged the box !

With only one Xcon, you can just get a good component set and instal it as it should. Dampening, sealing holes in the doors,... I have the hpf and the lpf at 100 hz. And I like it like that. . I don't know if your 4x6's are good enough. You don't need PA speakers for a single 15" !

Dam .... I think where I live, noone has ever be in trouble with the police for his car sound system ! Police can warn you if you're too loud, but for your home system only. Some friends of mine changed their meeting place on friday nights because of the neighbours. They started complaining, but Police never came. In my country, the beautiful island of Martinique, we love music, and like it loud. We don't call the police for loud music : we "talk" to your neighbour first ! This is a big system for a beginner !!! You should be very loud ! Don't forget the front speakers. What do you have ? Any amp for them ? With so much bass (yes, so much!!!) you will need to upgrade the mids & highs soon!!! Congrats bro:fing34:

I hope you're not going deaf ! Maybe some wires are not in their place no more? Have you checked the connections / the wires ?

Hi guys, here are a few pictures of my install. I changed some wires, changed the fused distribution block. I put a 150 A ANL fuse for the saz 1500. The install is not too clean, but it is not for shows, only for my listening pleasure ! How it was before : and now : Sorry for the poor quality of the pics, I only used my blackberry bold !
