Did they say how old ?

Almost what I made, I bought a few Jumbo Freshwaters and soaked them in chit tons o'garlic for a couple hours and they hit the Barbie, made some Jerk sauce and marinated Mahi-mahi, and made a white chedder pasta sauce. My kitchen still smells of jerk. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Do the freshwater taste any different ? I have yet to try them.
