It water proofs, Resin inside is used to seal and smooth airflow. Turn and run very fast from anyone who proclaims it's strength adding capabilities. If you want strength add mat and or cloth , then apply the resin

DIY Mids And Highs
That's what I was after , pro sound drivers are gonna be your best bet as far as mids go to keep up with the wall. I have heard a 6W4P 6" selenium before that didn't sound bad . It was just way over powering in the system it was in. It was strong from about 85 -90hz up to 5-6khz. It might fit your bill , they are pretty cheap too, I believe the guy got them from PE for $32 each. Tweets ........... something metal dome is probably gonna be the best bet on keeping up.

DIY Mids And Highs
Oh , and are you wanting a properly staged front stage ( center image dead center , same width right & left yada yada ...) , or just music that sounds good ?

DIY Mids And Highs
Didn't think there was gonna be room. The horns were the best bet on keeping up with the wall honestly. How much room / what size mids can you fit ?

Welcome to the IHoP
Just a festival where the local micro brewerys get to show off their wares to consumers who might not normally get to try them . It actually draws quite a crowd. My biggest complaint is the cups are too small

how to seal box?
WHoa , if you have air escaping past the sub once it is mounted. Your gonna need to make a whole new baffle. A quick fix would be to cut a ring a couple inches larger than your opening in the enclosure , then glue it on over the other opening. Not going to be the prettiest , but would serve it's purpose

how to seal box?
How bad are the holes ? Got any pics ? f it's not to rediculous and you hit wood with the screws, you can always use some adhesive backed foam weatherstripping
