How does everyone like their sundown amps? I've always heard good things but would rather ask here where I'm sure many have them right now.

I agree. I would think that with quite a bit more power (more then 2000) the btl would shine but doubt you would be unhappy with 2 sa 12's.

I like your idea of 2 SA 12's, plus it would be nice to have the same products (amp, subs)

Oh and I guess I better figure this out too because I am looking for a new setup as well and want to leave one side for a passenger in the back. guess I better keep thinking. maybe keep the port low facing forward or to the side?

I have tried a few configurations in my tacoma. sub and port up was pretty nice. Sub facing forward is just brutal if you have a lot of power.

Been into car audio since 1998 (didnt even have my liscence till 2001) by the end of 2001 I had upgraded to 2 mtx 81000d's and a DD9515. Go big or go home! Have been just trying to enjoy my music lately but the bass just keeps pulling me back in
