get some back strap. (the metal strips with holes, you some times get with HU's) make an L shape screw to top of box, then to the metal beam across the trunk.

it would be cool to do the logo, as for the holes not matching up, id just drill new holes in the speaker mount, may not be a good idea for you to do it, so you could attach the grilll with some glue. on second thought id not go with the logo, looks cleaner.
