if i had a hand held sand blaster id use that, but some good old sand paper will do, i think i used 200 or a little rougher.
i did with a infinity logo, i was gona use in my dads g35
take plexi, etch a logo on it, paint it black on the etched side then when lit, it will look like its floating

i might use some pleix in my upcoming in stall in my car. maby an etched logo, lit up.
well seal it, the mekp has a reaction to the metal, and if sealed will go "ka boom"

wood glue or silicone. but as the saying goes. black caulk for the Big holes, white caulk for the medium holes and yellow caulk for the really small holes.
meh 2 part foam is fun to play with. also mekp and metal conatiners.
