well besides the havoc being rated for 250 watts more than the BL there aren't really any big differences, besides: with the BL you have options. (universal, cooling, etc) with the havoc you don't have those options. it's basically d1 or d2 and that's it.

i strongly believe that there isn't any other company that has amps that do that. but i could be mistaken. but i do know rockford is releasing their new CP (constant power) amps in may. they put out 25% more power at all impedances than they did before. and are you dead set on a JL amp? and why do u need an amp that puts out the same power at all impedances?
