yeah i agree.if you have a volt meter with the max/min volts button,put it in min before you play it and see what the voltage drops to .i'm suprised that it can cut off do to low votage @ 1 ohm. How big is the factory alternator . i'M RUNNING AT 1OHM SO THE IA IS PUTTING OUT ONLY 1800WATTS NOT 3000. THE FACTORY ALT IS 160. you might need to check your grounds.it shouldnt be doimg that @ 1 ohms. not with a 160 amp alternator.

Thats what i'm talking about.i am about do for new amps.my 20.1's are pushing up on 4 years old but they are still strong.these amps are tanks

Just recently did a Meca show in Elizabethtown,KY. My set up is (2) IA 20.1's strapped @ .7 ohms -12 v set up on (4) DD 3518's in a street box in my Plymouth Grand voyager. Competed in DB4. Om my 1st run I started out with a 131.5 db but blew the fuses 22 secs in to the run.2nd run , i turned it down 4 clicks and ended up with a 128.8 db. Nick thanks for making some kick ass amps !!

Thats the plan. I know the new ones are stronger too!! if i get them it should be a pretty good world finals for me.

Thanks. i think the system is doing pretty well despite only 1/4 in of sub movement.i really need more amps.

I let my wife use my Plymouth voyager to get her meca points for drive by 3.system consist of (1) 3 year old 20.1 on (4) DD 3518 e's @ .7ohms and 3 12 v batts.only 90 amp of fusing.here's the video. http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseacti...ideoid=58032763 i'm going to run db4 with the van with 290 amps of fusing.
