Horizontal brace is in.

Doors went to the trash, redo on them.was required. However, I did get the horizontal brace in. Also cut out all three baffles and they are ready to be mounted.

Nem, you have a room already for Indy, correct? Downtown? If you find a hotel of your liking in Richmond, IN. that is just a hair over an hour from us. New Castle has nice spots too, but Richmond would line up with your stated needs.
