  1. Those would be "big" remotes and expensive. Thanks for googling, I did that as well but found no 7" ones.
  2. While I am asking about Windows, curious if anyone has anything other than the Archos 9 tablet to recommend that will run native Windows 7 as well. I'd prefer a 7" screen, but can go bigger if I have to. I need this for a remote control.
  3. Sick of networking BS between my XP & Win 7 machines with some on a domain and some not, so I am going to bite the bullet and upgrade. My hardware (i7 quad) is fine to support it, plan on just adding another hdd so that I can switch boot drives if necessary. The computer will run: Internet - primarily Office suite - Word/Excel/Powerpoint Interface with my Canon video camera & DSLR with associated LIGHT editing Act as a home automation machine - currently 90% of what I have will run on either Absolutely no gaming atm Pretty simple tasks, but what I've read knocks the 64 bit for some availability and capability of running some programs. Curious if there are other limitations as well.

What if you need four doors? What if you need to tow? If you want a stupid Honda, buy one not a car that looks just like it. lol.

Tanks. Sorry for the delay, I kept forgetting. If you have questions, you know where to post them.

For me I figured it'll get used for an hour or two at a time as a headlight and then need charging. No brainer on the 18650's which have been awesome btw. Had a small problem with the button on my light, but Shiningbeam took care of it PRONTO
  10. How do you know that?
  11. Not exactly truth in that statement. Either way it doesn't matter which you made clear 1000% the case

This with a couple TrustFire 18650's is what I have: http://www.shiningbeam.com/servlet/the-219/mg-P-dsh-rocket/Detail

Probably more flashlight than you need for that. I've got a cheap P-rocket with 3 settings and the lowest would be adequate for what you are doing. I don't even need it on high when ripping through the woods at night on my bike.

If you are going to use it a lot, the 18650 are by far the way to go. If its not going to need a recharge more than 2x a year then its a waste to use them.

    And I hate idiots

    Seriously? Florida?
  18. No, seriously. What's her email?
  19. So you're saying a 10" sealed? Facing up or front? Cause either way would work. I just purchased a sa10 and I could sell to him, we just didnt think a 10 would fit the way we wanted to or at least sound good the way we want it to. No he's saying choosing an 8 based on no information on your space makes no sense and generically speaking 10's make more sense than 8's. The guys at the store are idiots. Either way your friend doesn't care about clean or tight. For god sakes he listens to Selenium's so that is obviously the case.
  20. The 117 is a joke, that Eclipse is sweet.
  21. Not SQ and IMO not an 8" build either. Completely bass ackwards. As always start by explaining/measuring EXACTLY how much space you have. It is just plain asinine to shop for drivers in a limited space build until you do.

Would it do everything you need it to do? Never been in one, but it looks like the Merc would have more space. Why exactly do you need an SUV? Couldn't you get away with something like an M5 or E63 AMG etc? You can't pull a boat or sled trailer with an M5 or the E63. Oh, right. Couldn't with a Panamera either though could you? I thought he had a truck too. No, had. POS chevrolet shit. Wanted to simplify my life and keep all my toys garaged.

Couldn't you get away with something like an M5 or E63 AMG etc? Towing the Malibu and my snowmobile trailer. Not so amusingly those two cars were on my shortlist with the M5 a ways ahead until I realized the ML63 and Cayenne Turbo existed. The Panamera Turbo is in a completely different league than either the Benz or BM'er. COMPLETELY.

    I'd hit it
