Welcome to the IHoP
Considering I've already drank a gallon of water, a glass of cranberry juice, and a mug of coffee and haven't yet pissed (excluding the first thing in the AM one). I'd expect the one upcoming in an hour to be about just that.

Goals are great. Just make sure the steps are attainable along the way so that you continue down the path. And yest that is the exclusive difference between a successful sales person and one that survives

Benefit, I like it and it helped me kick my 12 pack of Mt. Dew a day habit. I now drink no soda. Goes great with food, wonderful with espresso, and is downright refreshing. Disadvantages is that it is expensive if you buy it, but I make my own. Cost me about $0.01 more per 2 liter than tap water. I need to commission you to build me one Sean. Not having to haul it would be heaven Uber easy if you aren't hiding it in the basement and piping it upstairs. Even then, I just sweat copper pipe together. If necessary and people want to move forward, I will put a how to guide on HAF. I may be interested. Does it flavor the water any? Not really, easy to add flavor though. Just squeeze some fresh lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit etc. into it. *note if you let it go back to flat it will taste slightly different than normal water but the idea isn't to drink water that is flat

Disadvantages is that it is expensive if you buy it, but I make my own. Cost me about $0.01 more per 2 liter than tap water. Exactly what I'm trying to do, though less severe. Do you spice it up with anything? I remember seeing your setup and IIRC it wasn't a huge initial investment. I'll try out some bottles of it and see what happens. I'm throwing my .02 in mike. This is something that is on a smaller scale. It's not a huge cost savings but it's definately easier than hauling the bottles like I do now from the co-op. I will once and a while mix juice with plain soda. I always dilute my juice with a little supercharged H20, makes me put more of it down without adding to the cost as I drink the same amount of juice but 2x the liquid.

Welcome to the IHoP
No snow this morning...and I am finally glad. If it is going to be sort of warm then no snow. If it wants to get cold again and dump a bunch of white stuff on us then fine

Not to a biker. Mashing is the opposite of spinning.
