Are you doing just a whole shoulder? ie, how big of a hunk of meat? 11pm might be good, just want to give guidance where I can. Not quite sure yet. Have to go see what the local places have. I'm thinking somewhere around the 2 8lb cuts. My understanding is I should set it out a few hours before actually putting it on the grill to warm up to room temp, have the rub worked into it for longer than ~1hr before tossing on there. I was planning on using the plate setter, a rack w/ drip pan, but I wasn't sure if I should use an additional stone under that or not. Run the grill at ~225 till the meat hits 160*, then take out wrap in foil, towels and drop in cooler. End of story? A single hunk is better. Cold meat absorbs smoke better than room temperature and it won't get hard at a low temperature. No additional stone.... I remember you saying cold stuff absorbs smoke better, but then it seems like all the time people say let it warm up to room temp before you throw it on. I will see if I can come up with a single hunk of meat. Right now I feel like a keyboard commando, I've read about everything I can find online about it, but still have no fucking clue what I'm doing. At least I'll admit it though. Room temp is a must for high heat cooking, but not at all for low.

Normally a good source *didn't read it* Thought of a tool you "need". 7 in 1 tool. By FAR the best lighting method on the market. Sorry I didn't think of it earlier.

  4. M&K blew out some Peerless SLS a while back with their logo on them. I would imagine someone on a forum may have a set for sale cheap because of it. Otherwise, pretty darn good options so far you've received.

Yummy. Quick warning. For "ball bearings" use real semolina otherwise you will have a burnt fucking mess on the bottom of your crust. *assumes homemade or real dough* Also beware of making things too thick. If you truly have that hog roastin' then you'll burn the bottom before the top is done. Some temperature control is good. Use the plate setter AND the stone.

IIRC you were having GI issues as well. Try to get away from carbonated drinks. The carbonation will kill off digestive enzymes in your stomach. Trust me, you will feel better once you kick the pop. So weird! Carbonated water always eases the stomach for me! Carbonated water is good for you. Just like water, basically no different. The shit Ryan is referring to are the additives in soda that are bad, from sugar (or fake sugar) to the acid and so on. No worries with Co2 H20

Not that it would matter with the extreme low draw even at max output think if you would create a lightbar on a finned slug of aluminium or copper and ran them at the 1000 high effeincy. Use a small reflector over each. OMG BBQ. I'm just not confident in soldering or electronic skills to spend a couple bucks to test some out. I cans solderz

Do you care if the light output has a coolish tint from white? Better vision is my ONLY concern....with the small subset of having a "low" beam that is low enough to where I can still run parallel to the road at night and not get pulled over for having too bright of lights in the ditch (or be a jackhole to drivers)

Probably starts threads on here about banging subs yo
  18. that's your current status......and validates my point exactly. Mine too. If OP's would spend a little time trying to make a thread useful then there would be no troubles, but that you can easily see if you've truly searched. This forum is about helping people not only with their question but understanding why so that they grow as a person. That requires effort on their part.
  19. Drivers and bodies from an authorized dealer who was liquidating his remaining stock due to the recent owner transfer. Sweet! Nice work.

  21. That's the problem with reading only one thread. He's been dumping on every one and usually has no point other than to be that way. Reaps what he sows.

And without electric start HID's aren't really a good option. I could add a battery, but that defeats the purpose of not having e-start (ie the weight).

I think you are baked. Just because you run a lot of power does not equate to loud. A good box, appropriately chosen subs, and the right install will get you loud. Hell in the early 90's it was possible to put up numbers competitive today with only 150w. Fixating on spending a poop ton of money on electrical upgrades to run a big amp you don't need, don't understand and will inevitably cause you problems is just flat out dumb IMO. Just like everyone else, why not FIX this thread so that we can actually help. You've given us absolutely nothing to go on and have just asked questions that show you are in way over your head.

Other than espresso I don't really drink anything else. Occasionally I add a little of the ultra-juice stuff they have at the coop to my water, but even that is rare.
