An acquaintance did the same once. Amusingly the damn jeep didn't care as we continued on for another 50mi without a hiccup.

Wired is always easier from a user standpoint, worse in a setup standpoint. At that it could an el cheapo camera and a cheap monitor. If you need wireless I haven't ever looked.

If you don't sharpen the steel ones. That being said, I don't want a sharp paring knife. Somewhat dull is better since it touches my thumb a ton. I rarely do true hand held paring though and for all other knife work the 10" chef's does the job. Paring is nearly exclusively used for peeling apples for the kids. I can do that with the 10"er but when it touches my skin I bleed and it sort of has to.

I sold my 14 for what I paid for it to the dollar. I wasn't really ready to sell but when I saw the prices I had no choice. Felt really stupid I didn't buy a different one last spring as it probably would have saved me $800.

Ha, already taken apart. Mostly usability mods, not performance. I want to ride it stock for the beginning of the year to see if I am going to snowcheck next year or keep it. Should be a hoot, but it is REALLY similar to my modified IQR.

Polaris 800 Pro-X Switchback, not the XCR. I couldn't stomach new pricing for not exactly what I wanted.

My hotel was $440 a night too. Everything is expensive. Really expensive. Makes NY or Chicago seem uber cheap

It isn't a restaurant, but a covered area. There are picnic tables all over and you just sit wherever there is a seat. As for most stuff, Singapore is WAY, WAY, WAY more expensive than here. Beers are usually about $20 each at a bar. Food similar. Hawker stands however are super cheap. Easy to see where to eat

Nah, seconds. Amazingly fast. Each stand is probably 10x faster than a McDonalds. The only problem is if some have lines. Of course in Malaysia there are people who offer to get your food for you hoping for a tip. They are usually unemployed but also horribly honest. I just sit at a table in the middle of the complex and wait for food to be brought to me.

They had no star when I was there though. Bet the food was the same, prices probably lower though, lol

Welcome to the IHoP v.2
Ha, I've eaten there. Had not enough battery yesterday when I peaked on my phone and didn't log back in later when I actually got to my house. It is one of the best things in SE Asia. I fucking LOVE eating at Hawker stands. Amusingly they call the spot where they gather food courts and if our food courts were like theirs I would never go to a restaurant again. Imagine that your sole job in life is to make ONE DISH. After 40 years you ought to be good at it you think? Now put 40 of those businesses under one roof and BAM, my favorite way to eat. Grab 10 $2 dishes and yummy! If we did go to Singapore I can show you a ton of great stands...although they are better in Malaysia.
