12 tweeters from one amplifier, how did he do that?
And were also saying you could set your gains with an O-scope to 700w instead of 869w and would NOT hear a difference. No way no how. Add to that you won't be running near clipping and it is a much better choice. There will be an output difference but it will only be measurable, no audible.

don't let a woman pick your wine Oh so true. If she picks she drinks a couple of glasses, instead of the normal she drinks one and I drink the bottle. Its not bad though, easy to drink. Yep, sort of the anti-wine. No depth, no strong flavor, but isn't bad either

Had my share this weekend lucky you; I had mostly canned stuff...still good just not real good, heh I made a Turkey on Sunday before Thanksgiving and turned most of it into stock just so we'd have real gravy. Obviously the pan drippings were used, but some max potent-tay stock beefed it up.

Fi sub as H/T sub?
I'd tune LOW. No point in having a driver with that capability and not doing a tune in the teens.

You are from FL aren't you? First things first, why do you want a 3 way?

No grill, no pan, how do you plan on doing it? Broiler is the only choice I can think of...

Rib eye then. If she needs it medium it will be the only edible piece. Like Matt, I recommend a pan sear and a finish in the oven. I'll copy Matt and say get what you know. Tell us what it is, I might have other recommendations for later. Unlike Matt I would shy away from Pinot's. Under $30 generally speaking they are terrible. Then do it Making something you are passionate about will make them taste better. Pan sear, oven finish.

How "cooked" is perfect to you and her? How do you like your wine? Green beans are easy to screw up depending on tastes. Personally I like mine still to have life, but some people like mush. How about you? .... and her? Do you have a grill?

Blues Production Sub's. . . . . . . Remember
It is. This is simply a logical discussion with a few having their own personal input. It is nothing more than a discussion of of objectivity versus subjectivity. ....And people judging how a speaker sounds by the way it looks .....and people demanding parameters for a driver they have no interest in purchasing in the first place ......and people who arent rational.....meaning you could have a super woofer with parameters one could only dream of and these people would still have something bad to say. Now why would any company even humor you with parameters....none....why.....they are rational. Again you come back with subjective responses and an air of defensiveness. I gave you an out. You just know it will make them look worse. Besides no one demanded measurements, they just said to stop the subjective nonsense and either give up some details on why they are superior from a technical perspective or to prove it with measurements. So far no one from Blues has done either. And your "rational" response is to state they just sound good which is subjective. To me rational would have some bit of science behind it. As for no intention to buy, funny you should say that. Obviously NO ONE in their right mind would ever think of buying these with the way they are being marketed; however, if you were to put up some measurements or show why they are superior technologically then I would be interested in buying some. I have a new car being shipped to me right now; how do you know what I am going to put in it? Another out you have is to answer any of my questions from before which you seem to ignore. Obviously if these were truly exceptional drivers it would be easy, so lets hear it. Wow. Do you sit there any stare at your speakers, or even the parameters as the other so called audiophiles on this forum or do you properly install them and listen to them as they were intended? I personally like to listen to my speakers, and could care less what they look like. When was the last time you could hear a speaker by looking at it? When is there been ANYTIME that a speaker has been measured and performed differently than the measurements showed it would perform?? Go ahead and use your "golden ears" and listen away. What you hear and what you get can be very easily quantified by measurements, but you wouldn't like the results. Either way, stop pulling an Ultra. Either measure the damn driver, explain its technological advancements or just don't say anything as saying you use your ears just shows how bad your hearing is.

Blues Production Sub's. . . . . . . Remember
I'm all for trying out and judging the sound but if parameters / measurements show the product can't work in my install, why bother spending money and time on it ? Because there Blues Car Audio Drivers, they are winning all the competitions just ask the people running them on this site. I would get some just to have some trophies in my room, fa sho Lol, not so sure everyone one reading that will catch your sarcasm. The should give it away, but I doubt it.

The typical digital thermometer are fairly inaccurate and need to be calibrated every so often, I love/prefer thermocouples. Thermocouples are nice. Do they make controllers that have a meat probe, grill temp probe, and air temp probe so it can run it through an algorithm, give estimated cook time, and notify you when it has reached your desired temp? Hey now guys oh.. Thats what i meant by Digital Thermometers... i didn't know they were called thermocouples Most digital thermometers are not thermocouples but a cheap resistor that is LESS accurate than most analog ones. Yeah, thermistors can't hold a candle to a thermocouple *gropes new Thermapen* Exactly.

Well then you should know the general doneness of your meat I'll never complain getting my meat done.

Time Alignment and Me.
And that is an asinine statement. On axis, off axis and aiming are all very install and driver dependent. Knowing nothing about either means you cannot comment. Of course you are running poor car audio drivers that are compromised to perform (or at least they should be if not, ouch) off axis. Don't draw your conclusions from what you have... See the difference here ... If someone done this to you, how would you feel ?? Same subject ... and this was given only a suggestion ... btw, you have never heard MY (in my vehicle, not the brand) drivers, why would you make such a bold statement in this thread ??? I get sick of your nonsense. I don't care about YOUR vehicle nor YOUR ears. Subjective nonsense is stupid as is a carte blanche recommendation of installing things on axis. That is similar to saying all subs should be used sealed for SQ. Just flat out wrong. Stop re-acting emotionally and keep it on topic. Drew said it best, no need to get upset and go off a wall. If you want to rebut fine, but stop reacting emotionally.

In keeping this on topic to the thread, simply I wouldn't bother with T/A until I changed out the drivers completely. So what you are saying here is that Drew has shitty components and needs to be replaced, And the most dedicated moderator in SSA refuses to give advice on a proper install with what the op has to work with ??? I never said that. Please read for once without emotion. The thread was about T/A, you asked what I would do in his shoes, I simply answered that I wouldn't bother with T/A. Why are you so fricking bitter? I was only trying to help out the op and things were going great, and instead of discussing the differences like Impious did. you acused me of not knowing what I was doing. I just gave suggestions, thats all. If I was wrong on anything, lets discuss it so maybe we all can learn something in stead of pointing out the stuff we don't know ... When are you going to learn that misinforming someone of something is NOT helping. If you'd just drop it when someone clarifies what you say is wrong instead of getting defensive this wouldn't be a problem. And you know I am more than willing to help Drew, but again I don't have the full picture of what he is willing to do and his needs. I asked a while ago and have gotten no response... Now you are getting somewhere, however that is going to mean changing ALL of your front stage...unless of course you give us more of an insight as to what "decent staging" is to you. My definition says there is not way in hell with your doors as they are you are even getting close. No electronics can solve that many issues.
