How the fuck do you always have something for everything?

They might be pissed at me for not yet buying one yet though. I have a vent-a-hood and plan to change to a >1200cfm beast but if my neighbors sell their house then fuck spending that money. Even with the Vent-a-hood I can smoke out my kitchen with just one burner in less than 10 minutes.

Never said wholesale would be cheap. This is the manufacturer that made the Wolf hoods before Wolf took them in house two years ago. Great craftsmanship, nice guts, but at retail they are nearly $4k. I think I get around 35-45% off that though.
  5. No need to do this when all he needs to do is PM me. Done. And on top of that it is a violation of our Terms & Conditions. You are allowed ONE account. Having multiples does not promote the right forum atmosphere. Thank you for making a thread and asking that your name be changed
  6. Unless the driver fails, anechoic response is pretty consistent over time. Obviously no driver will measure the same in a free field condition versus a non-free condition, but that is something you can account for if you take the time to make the right measurements. I am glad that you aren't making the subjective argument that something is great even if it measures like crap.

Hey thanks for the rec. I will try it out soon! Do remember that I said I haven't had one there, just heard they were good from a friend of mine who used to live nearby. Their beef jerky is good though.

Hey thanks for the rec. I will try it out soon! I didn't want to try to make one and then be dissapointed in my first attempt. Frying is horrible at my house. I STILL haven't decided on a vent for the range. I pan seared some steaks last night actually and smoked up the house. I made an AWESOME pan brown gravey that was too salty normally but on top of the sweet tater fries was like magic. Independent hood ftmfw. I think I can still get them for you at wholesale.

We let my Uncle bring the champagne. He normally brings at worst Veuve and regular the Dom. Depends on the # of people. I expect this year he'll arrive early with a bottle for "us" and then something mid range for the pre-meal festivities.

You aren't terribly far from Dixies. I haven't had one, but have been told they do a good job.

Interesting. Lots of places around here for game. Can't say that I've ever seen boar though. There are bison, elk, beefalo farms within a 30min drive that all sell direct to the public. Normally I just stock up at the local farmers markets though as I don't really feel the need to drive out to the farm. Being I am hosting Turkey it made me want to find something real to eat in that regard as well. I do get my beef & pork straight off the farm as well. Not sure why I never thought of poultry. I am now, just wish that the internet & farmers were more coincident as it would make it easier. If you can get your hands on wild turkey (no not that Wild Turkey), I highly recommend it That isn't a problem, just a problem for Thanksgiving. I can "harvest" straight off my inlaws property. So damn tame you can almost pet them.

    BOOM like so?
  21. Never said that manufacturers have to release full measurements, but stated that subjective opinions have no value but true measurements do. Your whole post sounds like you are trying to disagree with Physics without directly stating that. Perhaps you could enlighten us on how measurements will show you something and then be wrong.
