Do you know the exact size of the box chambers? If not, you can't. If so, WinISD will give you an idea, but you have to do some measurements if you want to take your car into account. Do NOT expect that it will work "right" the first time through. Building a few of them will be required to get dialed in no matter what your goal. It would really help to have you state a goal...in particular since I really doubt that a 4th order BP is as logical solution for you. Most likely there are much better alignments for your needs.

I'd actually remove it, put a piece of MDF over the hole (take out the sub to get to it) and then just use post terminals drilled through the mdf or run the wire through the port.

I guess I just see that both of those pieces have a crossover, so I will use one. Either the one on the ZED amp or the one in the AC LOC. I just wonder simply which one is best? Is one better than the other? Does it even matter which one I use? It's the equipment I have available an my starting goal was a budget friendly SQ system. Just need to crossover my two sets of comps an my sub. Simple as that. Don't know if that tells you anything to help me make my decision. Can't answer which is best yet, AC has a crappy site and it doesn't show shit on that units crossovers. I clicked on some of the links and they don't work so I can't tell you there. However, if your goals are as bolded above you should be doing things differently. First, get rid of the idea of adding a second set of components. Second, I'd look at the MS-8 instead of the AC unit. And third, you will REALLY need to focus on the installation which includes deadening and appropriately mounting everything on rigid baffles and so on. If you just bolt the list of equipment you cited in your car in the stock locations it really won't sound all that good. Installation is 90% of the battle, the equipment 10%.

Yep, terminal boxes are stupid to use IMO. Build a stiff box then cut a hole in it and put a flimsy piece of plastic with a shitty seal. Not a good idea.

Neither have any sort of flexibility, so then the question becomes what do you need in a crossover and which one comes closer to doing that for you. As crossovers they don't cut the mustard, but since we can't offer a solution that does it would help to understand what you are trying to accomplish.

Btw, 1 tenth accurate....NO WAY IN HELL. Perhaps it has a resolution of a tenth. HUGE difference. To get a tenth of a dB in accuracy at up to 160dB you are looking at a $9000 microphone and there is only one manufacturer in the world that can do it. It may be just as good if not better than a TL, but that has nothing to do with accuracy.
