I meant the metal in the fender, not the plastic...

IAK needs an "IHOP"
And no, I didn't see your post. I do read almost every thread, but I don't always revisit every thread. If the noobs would take the time to make them worthwhile in their first post I would though. It is REALLY easy to get me to help, but if you frustrate me with attitude for no reason then you probably won't get any.

lmao @ you guzzleing the grease... hey, five, do you have a copy of the cookbook up for sale....???? hit me up with a pm if you do! chop I don't really use cookbooks, but if you are after a book or two to read to understand how things work in the kitchen I HIGHLY recommend: Cookwise by Shirley O. Corriher On Food on Cooking: The Science and Lore of the Kitchen by Harold McGee Neither are really cookbooks per se, not that they don't include recipes, but more importantly show lessons on why what happens when you do what. Shirley's book is probably an easier first read, but expect years to absorb it all. Outstanding reads IMO. Akin to the Loudspeaker Design Cookbook for audio. lmao.... oops, sorry, i sorta went off subject....... yeah i was assuming you had seen my last post in the "port area" thread..... i was asking if you had one of your older copies of the Loudspeaker Design Cookbook . however, now that you threw those into the loop, i will have to lok into them as well, i love my kitchen! but, back onto the audio scene for a sec..... i was wanting you to help keep a eye out for a cheaper copy of the LDC ..... you had mentioned seeing around $20..... or, perhaps if you had one to pass on, then i would be interested in buying it from you...especially if it was scribbled full of ///M5 notes and highlighted areas!! lol thanks chop No notes in mine, but the math isn't very hard for me to understand although remembering some of it is confusing considering I finished Calc 3 by the time I was 17. I have a copy, but only one and will keep it. A library is important for a house IMO. Amazon should have used ones pop up, or ebay. There are regularly used copies for sale.

Welcome to the IHoP
The action was stupid, not your response which was spot on.

Good because the little area behind the kicks isn't big enough otherwise.

SQ_MGB's 2002 Chevy Reg cab build
Ha, lol. The wives Volvo XC90 will do that.

Welcome to the IHoP
Indeed. Roads are plenty big enough, drivers just suck. Not because they are aggressive which to me is acceptable, but because they suck at driving.

Sub facing down
Leave a lot of clearance underneath it.

Welcome to the IHoP
The rest was spot on too, but that fundamentally is really stupid.

Lol, just listed my truck for sale which means my audio is laying on the floor in the basement. You are going to "hate" my next install.

Have you opened up the fender some underneath them yet?

Two-way active front stage
The Faital w8n8 series drivers would be the other I'd add to Impious's list. For fidelity I'd probably lean on the 18S or B&C. The hard part is the trade off for midbass which is of course how you started the thread. None of the above will do anything below 80Hz worth talking about and really are probably rolled off a bit by then. You'll be shocked at how well they do the rest though. IIRC the JBL's are actually a bit smaller than an 8 as well. Supposed to be great drivers, but those and the 18Sound I haven't seen.

Ah, I use all mine so it doesn't collect very well. Perhaps if I didn't drink it.

Welcome to the IHoP
I hear a grinder cutting my granite countertops. Just hope I don't hear an OH SHIT.

Welcome to the IHoP
Dude is making serious progress downstairs. Old cabinets are cut, power is run, 220v now in garage, rewired the fan. Next step I hope is cutting the granite, can't wait to be able to plop the cooktop down in its new slot. And yes, I will post pics when its finished including some along the way.

In the market for a Lift Kit or Air Ride.
$4k lol. Going to need more than half of that for brakes alone if this is truly a DD. I wouldn't bag for what you are doing unless you want to adjust the height.

Anything cooked in duck fat is good eats.

Where/how do you get enough bacon grease to cook 9lbs of fries?? :drools: mom and pastor save thier's, and we save our's.... keep in mind, breakfast here, typically feeds 12 to 15! 3 lbs. easy.... i do use shortning some times to bring the level back up if it is low..... i think we did 5 batches totall ...... on smaller dinners.... we do curly fries we feed 17 of us today, lol....ftw! Do you filter the grease anyway? How long do you have to collect to get enough to make french fries? **I definitely keep bacon grease, but the bacon I buy doesn't seem to render that much out so it seemingly would take forever** Only one fat I like better than bacon fat and that is duck fat, but I eat more bacon than duck

It defeats one of your fundamental goals however making the whole box design dubious to say the least.

Bitches Brew. Definitely that sort of morning.

Welcome to the IHoP
I hope he wins enough to not need to work. That's absulutely insane. I doubt there will be so much to gain, too many laws protecting them and he has no permanent damage or major scars. Tons of bruising though.

Welcome to the IHoP
Texas is worst, it was 70 degrees up till Saturday when it was 30 degrees and snowing in Dallas (what a good first day of spring). Today was cold as well but tomorrow we will be back in the 70's. We haven't had any snow in March and normally March is our snowiest month. Instead we've managed to collect rain which means my snowmobiles aren't even summerized/stabilized
