I'd hate to know what I spend, although much of it gets reimbursed. Like tonight for instance. 30,500 yen.

I love the cl65's! I have always wanted the g55 amg, I think they are super sexy. idc if they are a box on wheels in most peoples eyes. My buddy bought a 1yr old certified CL65. After around 8mo MB bought it back. More than 26 pages of repairs done at the stealership. Fuckin' think broke usually before getting home after leaving the dealership.
  3. Seriously? Perhaps sub box 101 is in order for you. There is no magic in any sub. There is one positive (err, sort of) in your ramblings and that most people tune too low for their sub. You really should match the driver to your goals, then optimize the box, and then pick an amplifier. All this tune super low, tune high, big box, small box advice is crap. It HAS to match the T/S of the sub otherwise it will fail. Personally I want NOTHING to do with one of their drivers, WAY too much of a compromise for me.
  4. Next time you should make a thread before you get this far. You don't have enough port area, you shouldn't mix sub sizes, particle board is NOT acceptable for building a box, and all those speakers for your "fronts" isn't helping.

Ouch, those were like that when you bought the rig. And because I have to: BMW > Mercedes
  6. I suggest you don't use WinISD if you don't understand what it tells you. 28Hz won't fit your goals.
  7. If you build the box right the IXL's can really soak up the power. If you don't just like with any other driver you can hurt them too.
  8. Box first, then subs, THEN amplifier. Not the other way around...

    Bedtime not top
  10. Depends on how you drive. If you aren't breaking down the oil you don't need to change it very often, if you are then do it more. I personally wouldn't go 10, not because you can't but because overkill is better IMO when it comes to something that expensive to replace.

LOL Hearing the difference on a 3500w amp with a DD sub. ROFL.
  12. Maybe. Some info would help. No need to yell either.
  13. ALL your threads are like that. Take your time, re-read it at least 3x and make sure the title and everything in it makes sense before hitting send.

I don't find it funny, more annoying actually.

Cool. I missed what you are quoting from, but will add that getting drunk at Hay Days is a blast

I think I am very close to saying I work hard enough to enjoy something like that, although I want a REALLY late 06 or perhaps 07 to avoid the SMG woes. I'd prefer Black or Dark Blue. Curious as to how you found some love 10mi from my house though
  18. And you won't get a piece of crap. They didn't even list any real specs on that box, or if so they were hidden so they were hard to find. Not going to make me recommend that, in fact the opposite. If that is the way they market I'd NEVER buy anything from them. Never.
  19. Nope, exactly how it is here. Earlier you completely mis-represented that and later in the same post I quoted above you did again. Either you want it loud or you want it flat (yes flat is subjective or at least tuned to your ears) but if you choose either term that is the case. There is NO gray with either. Like I said earlier, answer my question and yours will be obvious. And indeed, chop nailed one thing. If you want to be spoon fed it isn't going to happen, if you refuse to think I will let you fail. Probably even laugh. Have to have some amusement as all the idiotic shit that gets posted somewhere, somehow this has to be relaxing. Try a little harder, follow the rules a little better and then you wouldn't be having this fall out and instead would know exactly what to do. instead if you choose to fail, go for it...no one here is going to stop you.
  20. Would have been REALLY helpful to share that info in the first post...
  21. You don't understand and you didn't read. It isn't bullshit and you agreed to it. Change your tune or don't post.

Definitely more of a woman trait. Just bustin' balls, but it is true.
  23. Indeed you are measuring Resistance and NOT Impedance so it is definitely expected to be in that range.
  24. Read the NOOB posting guidelines and say everything you did above but make it match and you wouldn't get the same response. You are misusing terms and adding a subjective flair to them so NO ONE knows what you are trying to accomplish. If you take SPL to mean as loud as possible and SQ to mean the opposite, then you understand. If you'd follow what you agreed to and actually describe what you wanted without misusing terms there would be no issue. As for why not the 28hz, I would throw that back on you as you. Why do you think 28Hz is logical in a car?
