Sell them what they need not what they want. Which you can only do by listening. I NEVER said to ask them what they want. The real focus has to be to find out what they need, but you also need to expect that they won't tell you so you need to ask open questions that lead somewhere to find this out BEFORE proposing a solution.

Actually basic I can find. Here is my screen so far. I am troubleshooting why the album art didn't load, but it isn't my top priority, functionality is. Along the top bar you see the current weather icon, the satellite icon, the whole house lighting, picture slide show, the notes start the music player, the Seas Excel currently is the logo for the living room stereo and the kevlar cone for the whole house. At the bottom you see the ugly play buttons and the lack of mute. The verbage on the sides is fine as that only shows up in the jukebox mode letting the operator pick music. The Seas pic was from their website and I was having some difficulty making the background transparent which is why there is some white around it. I know I can fix it, but the logo isn't obvious for people who don't know me and I'd like the system to be idiot proof. *By next year there will be icons for video, cctv, home security, controlling my grill, and my sprinkler system so the space on the top I need.

Anyone have any stereo clip art? I need the buttons (play, ffwd, stop, pause, mute) and an icon for my whole house stereo and the family room stereo. For the home automation software as icons look much better than words. A png or non-jpg with a transparent background is obviously preferred.
