Sell it and put the money towards something else. I'd sure bet it is fairly close to maxed out and while you could surely get a little more in a new box, you'll probably kill the driver as well.

You can't "underpower" a sub. The difference between your list will depend more and more on your box. I'd nail that down before deciding.

Where do you work or what company do you work for? Just wondering. Not really public information. Generically speaking I manage the worldwide sales team for a very specialized set of measurement equipment. Our focus in is the Frequency domain and making measurements that no one else can do. I do a ton of government research, medical research, electronic technology, microstructure, and other forms of research. We also consult with all of the high end speaker/driver manufacturers to make sure that their parts will do what they expect. Audio is just a side hobby for me, but I have a major in Physics aminor in Acoustics and 12 years of experience working in the frequency domain so I understand that aspect rather well.
