Welcome to the IHoP
I enjoy it. i love ''most'' motorsports. However i don't follow it as close as I should or want to I was in Singapore a week too early. oh man that track was intense! you wanna talk about wattage.... the juice they used for those lights was impressive. my only gripe is not having speed in hd. you talk about the most technologically advanced cars in racing, and the most beautiful and they look like matchbox cars in 480i. how was the trip? any pics? Trip was great, the lights on the track were intense. I took some pics, but too tired to post them up tonight. On the East Coast and after a couple bottles of wine am nearly out.

Sort of like saying that, yellow snow tastes good for what it is.

Noob needs SQ suggestion from the pros
??? Not at all. I'd rather spend money on everything else and use hangers for wire than waste lots of dough on wires.

SQ subs
Describe what you want without using the terms SQ, SPL or LSQ.

kinda dumb sub size question
A BTL isn't a first time sub

You are NOT a Q buyer. Not even close. You do NOT want something that In fact, you don't even know what lows are. A BL will be a WAY better choice for what you listen to.

Rl-p 15" sealed alignments
Thanks for clarifying. When I said they don't model well, I should have made it more clear. Most people hit the "recommended enclosure" button and roll with the enclosure, when you do this with the Rlp you will get funny results.

You want loud sub setup or an SQ setup? I can't tell from your post.

Pioneer 880PRS internal amplifier Q
Yes in network mode the amplifier works, but will follow the crossover settings that are on your rca's. No you won't have rear fade (there isn't any fade in network mode, but balance for each of the channels)
- Crunch amp?

Anybody OC their PC?
Underclock Eff Dell. <-- runs a DFI; however it is been clocked for four years and still working well. Not sure if Oscar is still designing boards for DFi, but if so I'd imagine that they are rather easy to play with all potential clock settings on. My theory has always been to clock it up a bit, all it does is where it out faster but hell I can't tell you the last time a processor I had wore out before I wanted to upgrade. At this point though the machine is still more than fast enough for surfing the net and playing music so I don't see the need to upgrade. Like Jim, my next PC will be a silent one with a goal on being whisper quiet for use in the living room as an entertainment center.

Yep that box is crap, really easy to do better than that. If you like the way that sounds, you are going to be SHOCKED when you hear a real install.

You are looking at the wrong family of Fi woofers for your goals.
