WTF is it that when it gets cool one day they CRANK the heat. It was 80+ in my area one morning. that's redonkulus. And then people wonder why I wear a t shirt/flip flops/shorts to class. "Dude its like 60 outside" "Yeah but we aren't outside, are we?" Hell, I wore birks all winter in MN when in college. If you only have to walk two blocks, even in snow and -10 degrees shoes aren't necessary.

  4. An Lpad is a portion of the crossover that limits the output of one of the drivers. Typically used to lower the output of a tweeter to correspond to a mid as they are intrinsically more sensitive.

  11. You'd be better off just buying them pre-made. Normally I am all about DIY, but what you want to do is far from trivial.
  12. laugh it up. but it didnt seem over powered untill i turned it up all the way so i guess it kept up with closer to 800rms. but now i have 105 rms per channel with 3000rms on a sub My gains on my sub amp are pretty much on off and it can EASILY keep up with my front stage with has the capability of having 450w on it. I laughed for two reasons. First no way possible not at all, it was a complete joke. I expect your definition of keep up means playing 135dB at 50hz and your fronts playing 90dB at 100hz which isn't anywhere near keeping up. And second, you are describing it backwards as you should power your sub so that it can blend with the fronts not the other way around.
  13. I wouldn't expect the Rlp to model very well, but it is an outstanding driver. Buy one, build a slightly too large box and make it smaller until it does what you want it to
