Personally, I'd lean on the SS or the Icon. The SS 8 is stellar in a sealed environment, I much prefer it sealed than ported although I will add that going a little larger than rec'd is good as well as I think Mike was a bit conservative so people don't rip those little monsters apart. .3 was too small, .4 pretty close, but a little bigger might be sweet as well.

Using a Y splitter and equal length runs of cable, although you don't need "perfect" timing for sub outputs. If you split it too many times you would need more voltage on your outputs or a line driver which IMO is the only reason to ever use a line driver. Your question is vague though and the answer may lead you down a very wrong path. What exactly are you trying to do?

I assume by link you mean strapping? Either way, if you want to do it buy amps that are strappable although I will add that you should really just buy an amp that will do what you need instead of using a pair of them.

One last pic Funny they always say the two happiest days of owning a boat are the day you buy it and the day you sell it. I don't feel that way at all. Video's aren't revealing and are actually misleading. I am horribly opposed to them and if you are choosing anything based on them you really shouldn't. I consider it a rather bad business practice to be too specific, until things are finalized. And considering the reason that they are not finalized is in his quest for perfection to make sure that this is one bad ass 8, it would be great if everyone would support that fact and patiently wait for the prototype to be finalized and production to begin. From speaking with him personally I know this sub is going to rock and really look forward to its release and can't wait to see, hear and feel it myself!
