  1. Hifonics on the same level as Kicker, thanks for the huge laugh. That is like comparing Veuve Clicquot with Andre and saying they are pretty much the same.
  2. If you are getting rid of your sub, I'd definitely want some active power...and some eq.
  3. If you think you will get "lows" with a 35hz tuning, your definition of lows is whacked.

Amusingly, I made aspargus last night, but I did it Texas style (ie on the smoker instead of the grill). It was fired up from the rack of ribs I had on for 5 hours.

You don't need foil for corn, for god's sakes you live in Tx. It comes in a perfect grilling wrapper, just remove the hairs, soak the whole husk in water and plop them whole on the grill. When done you can unwind the leaves and you have a free handle. Since you are grilling, grill the Asparagus too. Roll it in Olive oil first and either salt/pepper or Cajun season it and grill as well. It only takes a few minutes and a little blackness on it is good eats. Just did asparagus like that on Monday. Made a dijon sauce to top it off with, heaven. Dijon sauce is good I am a big sucker for a Hollandaise type sauce on Aspergrass, but regularly will plop some raw mustard in it when I do that as well.

I took it similarly to Niki here man............And thats that Matt would be the one "tending to" or "being chased by" the guys woman...........Now me personally I see where Niki is coming from man. and I agree with her. ANY woman who would cheat on her man, ESPECIALLY if he is a soldier is a fucking low down dirty snake of a human being. And Sean, I do see ur point of respect. That it IS a 2 way street, and u gotta keep the respect u get and earn more as you go. I just know that after 15 mths of the bs over there, and everything else if ANYONE has a reason to act like a douche from time to time it is a soldier returning from over seas. Thats just my opinion tho. J I'll answer for Matt. His point was only geared towards douchebags. Not someone who acts like anyone occasionally as we will all agree that in particular when you return you definitely get some "be a douche free cards" as only you and a higher power actually know what you went through, but nonetheless there are some that return and constantly and consistently act like douche bags. I have actually met a few myself. Matt's comment was 100% geared towards treating them like they are treating the world and that is to incite them in a direct and personal manner. ie, eff you when your gone I'll bang your ho. Obviously it works. His goal wasn't to do it, but to return the favor of captain dipshit right to him. We all also agree that if a woman wants to cheat...well Niki nailed it. As the Afro's sang it, "you gotta let a ho be a ho". I see the whole back and forth as you and Niki reading that Matt wants to treat all soldiers that way and his intention was completely to only be a dick to those who deserve it. Again, I have nothing but respect for the part of your life you gave for us and don't see how anyone could feel differently. Enough so that if you needed to piss on a few people including myself it is okay and understandable, but like everything in life at some people take that way too far and those are the only people that were being discussed.

Through the mountains, thats all you can do, sometimes less, depends if you run into the RV tourists or not. 3rd gear in the M when shit like that happens, but of course then you can pass people quickly as well.

Fax fee?? What the hell are you talking about? I needed to fax a judgement satisfaction from a million years ago into wright county court house. If I wished to fax it to them.... they have a 25 dollar "Fax fee". I was completely amazed. Oh to the courthouse, we live in an effing liberal state they tax everything. c0cksuckers

Niki, I think you missed a bit of the point of Matt's comment...either that or I did. I took it as when he met someone who has returned from service that is a douchebag that he would then return the favor by telling him he'd lose his girl. All of us here have a lot of respect for Jordan, Rich and even people we don't know who are serving our country in the Middle East; however, the respect can of course be altered when the person you are respecting doesn't prove worthy of the respect and does everything the opposite of how it should be done. And indeed Kudos to the infantry, they all have more balls than I do Oh, and to SSA!

too bad you have to dump so much E85 into it to get the power but for the 'bird coming together, last-week thrash to get 'r done? Not in this case, the compression he is running would require race gas without it. I never understood flex vehicles as the only benefit of E85 is unveiled when you can up the compression. Sure it will drink some, but the gain here outweighs the loss.
  22. The biggest difference is typically in midbass capability. Generically speaking (ie all other things equal) a larger cone midrange will play lower. Obviously there are design parameters that you can alter so this isn't the case which is why I prefaced the all other things equal/.

I realized that and the reason I said you should get a house, the flashy car comment was in general in response to that conversation...so I thought anyway. Perhaps I shouldn't talk on the phone and read on the forums at the same time though
  24. Oh, and no way in hell would I want to be 20 again. Maybe 25, but not 20.
