I'd suggest you give us a budget. My idea of not a ton and yours are perhaps way different.

I don't think that 2TB will land this fall, and if it does it won't be affordable since it will use a bunch of platters and be real complex.

Your setup screams 2 chn only, rears won't really be a benefit. Also putting your TV up high isn't exactly neck friendly

I could've used that months ago. Cold turkey worked best for me though. everything else I tried didn't work. The worst was trying to trim back gradually. Same with cigarettes for me. Really the only trick was deciding I was actually quitting instead of trying to quit.

I get the IB clamshell part, but the bandpass doesn't make any sense at all. It will be passing a band, but that isn't my definition either.

IIRC, you can't do active with the .1 so you will just need to shop for components. The 360.2 will allow you though. In your budget you'd be crazy to put anything in the rear, you need to spend it all up front.
