Mach 5 spl subwoofer for daily driver?
The IXL will soak that power up and not only be loud but sound stellar doing it. If you want to run the SPL daily then you will build a daily box for it which in turn will limit its output. Why not start with a driver that is meant to be in a daily box?

Dropping 30lbs in the rear will NOT be something you can feel.

only the 4 doors will be single layers, are you saying its not enough to do single on doors? every where else is double layers of the pro version The MOST important place to deaden by far is the doors.

Freq range? Size? Depth? Budget? Power?

lend me your ear
I hear good things about a lot of driver sets, but can tell you for sure that the Pio 720's sound great. Either way though, you really shouldn't use the internet to pick your components but instead try to listen to a bunch. If you want to learn more on the net asking a question that relates your experience will yield much better information. Something along the lines of "I really like the X drivers tweeter, but not the mid....:"

credit score?
Monitoring is not pulling your credit; however, pretty easy for me to check as on Sunday I am having dinner with the CPA from Fair Isaac and can get this clarified but my response was based on what he told me before.

4-WAY active help
By limitations I really meant space and firing directions. Also driver diameters. I am assuming you mean a 3 way front stage and subs.

Ported sub enclosure - Transient response?
I'd want to cross lower in your midbasses if you are truly looking for fast kicks. In particular for metal.

credit score?
Indeed, all inquiries count against you...except if they happen from the same exact site within a period of two weeks (IIRC, could be 1, could be 3) If you check it after a longer interval then that every inquiry will cause it to go down.

Yeah makes sense. Like where I used to work, there were machines that counted parts, possibly thousand an hour by dropping through an array of eyes and then packaged them. Pretty crazy stuff. Lock washers that were 1/4" in diam. and fell through the sensors and were counted. Not 100% accurate but accurate to +/-5%. Could use stats there given a certain batch and how accurate all the counts are. It made sense in my head. I'm going on little sleep and having an even harder time going to bed now fastenall? Holy chit how'd you know? But yeah it was Fastenal. Upstairs packaging at the Wino Hub warehouse. Edumacted guess

No bass in the house FTL! Bass is overrated, midbass however isn't. Ca18's in sealed boxes = lacking a bit of midbass Also, no money for plywood to build a pair of ported bookshelfs:( I'm dying to hear them ported Bigger sealed box?

It sure is. *I'm in Kansas though if you didn't know* Party in MN......laaater lol At least you'll be here for summer and not the chitty winter! Eh, snow doesn't bother me to much, long as I don't have to go outside and work in it I'm happy. No snow sucks! I hate every aspect of snowfall. The cold, the slippery roads, having to start your car before you go anywhere, ice, cold everything lol I am just too damn picky A heated garage and snow tires makes it fun.

Stats are easy. But time consuming. Whats the standard deviation of blah. and blah. That's about all I remember about statistics now. But why are you doing stats from that class? How does it apply? ....I have no idea.... it's like we finished all of the S&C stuff so now we're doing bullshit There are lots and lots of sensors you haven't covered yet I am sure.

aero ports in a wall?
Since they are aero's you need less port area than you would if they were just round. FYI, one 6" aero has ~27" of port area, so you'd "need" 8. Basic geometry here: Pi* radius squared or 3.14*3*3. One other thing, your wall is a box so treat it like such.
