Welcome to the IHoP
Awwww, its not that uncomfortable Perhaps I have larger nuts. They tend to bounce on the seat in a rather painful wave when hitting big swells Which is why I wear briefs, no unnecessary bouncy bouncy and/or chafing I haven't ever found briefs to help, actually I don't even think a strap would.

Sub position in truck?
Sweet. Do feel free to ask for more opinions/help along the way.

I believe Audio Research still makes their stuff in MN as well. Lots of acoustic research being done there too. A little hearing aid mecca and spin offs including things like EV/Telex and so on.

Sub position in truck?
They do fine in 0.4 cuft net (each) and out of the 8's recommended are by far my favorite. The L7 has output, but needs a ported enclosure. The JL w3 is outclassed by the others. The AA I haven't heard or held so none of this applies to it. The Rli8's are sweet little beasts. Enjoy and post pics of your build!

No need for thanks. Hopefully that takes care of it. Sometimes Pio headunits also like the outer shield of one side of the rca's run to ground as well.

hertz vs CDT
The point was running an 8 and a 6.5 or larger together makes no sense. If you run an 8, get one that plays to 200+hz and you can just run a dedicated midrange (3-4" driver) along with a tweeter and it will be way better. A-N recommendation is of course a good one.

I'd want more processing then.

Well, duh. If inshore was the goal; however, if you took that out on Tonka you'd end up with a milkshake your nuts would never let you forget. Something about 4' rollers and tons of huge boats that make flats boats really, really uncomfortable to ride in. In the skinny water though they are a blast.

If you like to fish, you'd feel much differently...or if you like speed.

Welcome to the IHoP
Don't think I have . Went fishing with a friend the other day in his new allison xb-21 pro . Good lord that thing is fast Hit any rough water with it? Probably not as rough as you see up there, but it was pretty rough for here. The wind was blowing 35-40mph causing 2-3 foot chop in the main channel . It handled it well. We were able to run 65 through it Hmm. Be sort of sweet to have one of those "Oh look, more of them sparkly boats..." <=== Overheard at the Boat Show a few months back, had me in tears for a good five minutes Although completely cheesy, I love metal flake bass boats. Nothing really looks better on one.

Lemme guess.........ordered online and got it via mail today? Dick.....J/P LOL.....i want it hella bad but NOOOOOOOOOOOo not released till tm. J Lol i din't even say what artist/album...whoops. Atmosphere-When Life Gives You Lemons, Paint that chit Gold Yeah I pre-ordered about a month ago and I must have been one of the first 1000 cause I got a copy of strictly leakage and the autographed copy. WHOOO You'll have to check it out Godsmack. Possibly a new favorite? We'll see how well it grows on me Dude u said "Paint that chit Gold"............too freaking obveous. i was gonna pre-order and just never did. i am buying the CD right after work today. I have been an Atmosphere fan for almost 8 years now. I am hoping for a 4 day weekend on the 5th when he plays Pheonix. J I made it to his last show at First Ave. It was awesome. The DVD that comes with the deluxe edition of the CD is all from the last two shows at first ave. Hopefully I can make it so Soundset 08 at the Metrodome Don't bother, the acoustics at the Metrodome are terrible. As in perhaps the worst venue in the country. It's an outdoor thing. parking lot. It's only rap so acoustics aren't huge. You wouldn't say that if it were in the dome.

More than enough room As for the ebrake, you can probably bend the pedal.

Are there any other "normal mods" the LS engines like? Truck is a DD so tearing into it too far is not an option. , I can't wait to hear how it sounds CAI, long-tube headers, cat-back, and a tune will be a very good start from there.... the sky's the limit I luv the sky probably also toss in a 160* thermostat. LS series motors respond very well to nitrous... but it's not necessary. Just a few mods and the truck will have a serious traction problems in 2wd although 4wd in mine seems to really rob the powa.
