  1. Oops, probably more than one obnoxious peak, but either way you get the point. Classic statement of garbage in garbage out. Those are only meant to do one thing and one thing only, make a hell of a loud noise at whatever cost necessayr.
  2. One big huge peaks and a ton of harmonics. If you look up smooth response in some textbook, these will be the opposite. If you had a 300 band eq you might after years of tweaking get them to be loud and not sound like garbage, but I really doubt it.
  3. Glad you are seeing the light Jeremy. If we can help with tuning or such ask. I won't be in LA land for a couple months, but I'd be glad to do what I can onsite as well.

I haven't added it up, but *assumed* since the drivers don't have that many anomalies that the crossover although steep won't be ridiculous.

IMO a 2 way with an easy to integrate but superior driver would treat you better. I do like the box though. How about something like these: http://zaphaudio.com/SR71.html

Coming from TX, imagine that. I may have one of the most grill filled yards North of the Mason-Dixon.

While I don't want the guy around anymore myself, I have this feeling that the media is taking some liberties with what he said and meant there. Imagine that though the liberal media trying to make a conservative look bad. Sometimes I wonder if half the frigging problems we have our self inflicted by our "desire" for news and the spin that is put on the news.

What motor? I highly modded rb ws7III . going to run outlaw buggy Now of course, I am curious as to what chassis. Either way that thing is going to rip. Factory team RC8 that I have replaced all the carbon fiber with aluminium . Seems counter productive , but races get kind of rough on occasion at our track. After snapping two cf front shock towers in the same day , aluminium versions were bought. I raced unlimited monster truck with my revo the last three years, but the class at the local track is dieing out it seems. So I decided to jump up to 1/8th scale Weight has never been my problem with an RC. What engine were you running in the Revo? os max 21tm detuning and or a wheelie bar was a must Might be the cure to shut my Savage owning friends up. Not that I really care as they both go faster than I can drive.

I stopped when I got banned.
  16. You move quickly. Nice. Looking forward to pics.
  17. I highly recommend to the OP to stop asking which brand, which product, and instead to actually give us a budget, an application, and your exact goals. At that point we can help. Right now you are just going to get very arbitrary responses based on what people like and subjectively people on here are all over the board. Some are into one note uber loud fart boxes and others into super accurate music reproduction and just so you know the two are POLAR opposites.
  18. The imprint is unnecessary, you'd be much better off just running active since you have the capability in that h/u
  19. They are used by idiots currently most living in Florida or Texas that have no idea what music is supposed to sound like. They do one thing, and one thing only: they make yours ears bleed. Really friggin' loud and absolutely terrible response. Not the most complex eq in the world can give them any semblance of decent sound.

LOL, my uncle actually has a Roadmaster with rims/tires, exhaust, headers, a tune, a cam, and some mild head work. The white lettered tires with the wood crack me up.
