Re-read your posts, you have a eD boner and not only that some blinders that go with it. As for the hole, eD has a HUGE hole with nearly all the members on this site. This was Chris's opportunity to try and improve that, but you surely aren't helping being all aggressive.

And what sort of build are his boxes? I sure hope they are at least 3/4"mdf since you used the phrase SQ. Even that isn't enough in a lot of cases.

Just one direction? Only under acceleration? Does it happen without turning if you are on/off the throttle? What kind of car? Only under acceleration, both directions (left and right) ... Doesn't happen when I'm not turning and doesn't happen when I'm turning but not on the throttle. Car is an '87 Nissan 200SX. Repetive clunk or just once when you turn? Repetitive until I let off the gas or stop turning ... Sounds bad, almost like it is poorly shimmed or worn to a point where it needs to be addressed. Is the fluid clean looking?

Unfortunately I am sure there is a reason why there are a million '07 Impala's sitting on the lots. I drove one today and it felt like a bunch of bulky plastic that didn't handle very well compared to the Accord I also drove. There are not too many domestic vehicles I am looking at. Maybe a Grand Prix GXP ? They (GP, Impala) seem so cheap on the inside compared to others. They don't seem so cheap, it is GM's mantra. Build it to be the cheapest and we will sell boatloads. Only problem is that the Koreans do it cheaper than GM ever could so they are effed now.

The cost of the inductors alone would not make it worth it. But in his application it is low power, cheap system, therefore a simple inductor is all he would need. The natural roll-off of the 4 should integrate fairly well with a cheap set of stereo subs.

Steve, I just bought me an '06 Pontiac G6, Its a damn nice car. The stock system is actually much better than i thought it would be. Pretty quick and gets pretty good gas mileage. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a newer car. Sort of asinine to praise a cars stock system on here, perhaps you should be happy with other things on the car and like it for that since the stock electronics are going in the garage if you come here
