Tweets?
While I do agree with the sentiments of going textile Jim, the Msyncs tweeter sounds like ass in comparison to that Seas. How big are your pillars? Can you fit a 4" tweeter in them?

Whas up guys!
Hey, welcome. Sounds like you are going to have some great gear.

SSDs Sealed
There is a funny correlation between people who have good sounding systems and people who like sealed boxes. Sad part is it is only funny to those who are the whole cause of this thread.

Happy Birthday Chris !!!
Happy Birthday, and I have the opposite of Neil's feelings. Your hangover should be killing you

Eff him. One of the brightest prof's I took classes from used to play live Dead bootlegs during finals and regularly wore tie die and other hippie wear to class.

Tweets?
lol, just realized in the initial post that you cited the AA Poly. Either way, the midrange will be fine. As for tweets, we need some direction from you. There are lots to choose from. Budget, listening preferences, mounting location, and physical size limit are all very important parameters. Without them you won't get any real help.

Focal 165 k2p vs. RE XXX 6.5 vs. Morel Dotech Ovation
No harm, but if you went and heard those three speakers you wouldn't be comparing them. They really aren't similar at all.

I think your second guess is closer. I'd guess between 20 and 21 seconds.

I just used USPS and had no troubles.

Yeah, I guess we're both right. It's vibrational movement. Fans definitely can't do that though. A fan that you can modulate can attempt to.

Are you saying cowboys drink tequila? I agree on both accounts though, except of course for Margarita's which I really dig paired with the right food.

I agree with everything except using the word accessorize.

Yes, a wave requires a media.

meh, I disagree completely. Vodka that is worth drinking can be drank straight in a rocks glass at room temperature and I would never, ever enjoy an 8oz glass of smirnoff that way.

You should really use your ears to decide and not ours.

Looking for a Nice active set on a budget
Nope, it is huge and along with its size comes a great lfe (for a tweet) and a wonderful response.

Need help with new maw15 box
the gains were set correctly, but had NO response at all. started to play with it and to get the response i have now that's where they have to be. lpf is at 70, ss off (all the way down, think on amp it's marked 11). set by ear, then had someone use a dmm and they left it at about the exact same way i had it before. amps a cadence txa1000d. I don't buy it. There is no way if it is "correct" that it can slam on some freq's and not others...unless you truly have some very challenged music tastes.

Tweets?
the poly is just a budget driver, right, cause poly is not the best of sounding drivers from what i understand. i wish there was a graph on it...anybody have one? I'd take the Poly's midrange over the MLI's midrange...not quite sure what you mean by it being "just" a budget driver, it sounds pretty nice well i read on DIYMA that poly is not the best choice for a cone material. it will end up sounding muddy on the upper ranges. i could be wrong Not sure which Poly driver you are referring to, but it isn't a bad midrange material.

What Amp Should I Get
Personally I wouldn't buy the Type R's nor a Kenwood amp but it would help to understand your goals.
