The E36 will be more fun but less luxurious as well. Reliability is a wash, again the cleaner nicer car will be better.

I'd buy the one with detailed service records that is 100% up to date.

Just make sure to keep the hose as short as possible and cold, otherwise the beer in the line will get funky and funky is nasty.

Had a kegalator myself in college, but we surely didn't keep it in the kitchen.
  10. I highly encourage you to look at the Seas W16nx, it is an unbelievable driver and will shock you with how low it can dig.

I agree with Jim. $500 and 3 way shouldn't be in the same sentence. Do a big two way (which can have more than 2 drivers) but don't try and add the complexity of an extra driver in the form of a mid.
  12. Where are the mli's going? I'd definitely recommend a large format if it will fit and one with a very low Fs. Do you have a metal/textile preference?

Off to bed, probably won't have an opportunity to even fire up the machine until next Friday as I am staying at my bosses house right on the beach. Later!

Each addition will open up another can of worms though. A well planned system however would not

Lots of options, lots of options.

I look hilarious getting out of one
  23. Maybe, maybe not. What amp, what sub coil configuration, what sort & size of box? Those subs might suck ass for what you want to do and for what amp you have but unless you tell us what that is we surely can't help. What are your fabrication/installation skills? One thing is for sure out of all of this and that is rear speakers are NOT necessary at all and won't help chit. Spend your money on the fronts and an amplifier. Don't decrease your budget since you are buying less, just spend it smarter.

95% original does absolutely nothing for me, been to enough car shows that I like to see the unusual. I'd still go though
