For SQ the determining factor will really be if your front stage can actually keep up with the 15. As for the differences, the 15 is larger, needs a larger box, and has more output.
  7. Did you protect the "weather exposed" mdf with anything? I'd hate to see you do all that work and have it rain once and have that box get all puffy and disintegrate.
  8. And at the same time since you are willing to save up, are you willing to put the installation time in? Primarily I am bothered by the 5.5" drivers up front and would like to see you step up to at least 6.5" drivers. Can this fabwork be done by you? If not, do you have a budget to make it possible?
  9. 880 is good. Where are the tweets in your car? I am not so sure that I like the stock blose location.

I like your solution. One vote of confidence for you, if I were to write a take home test I would do it in such a way that no-one could finish. I'd rather see how you tried to get the answers than have you regurgitate some crap you crammed. Get the asian hotty anyway...

it should, I would say most good tests are that way as if you don't already grasp what you need to you aren't going to find it in the book anyways.

area of big circle / area of small circle ? nope, shape determines how many will fit as well

Why bother bringing the printer with??

That sounds like pretty much all of our Physics tests. Related to the material, but not at all covered. If you didn't completely grasp the material you would pretty much get a 0 on the tests.
  16. If you are trying to make a non-circular hole circular you are indeed much better off adding another baffle and cutting it round. That is a rather critical location for strength in your box and the easiest fix is another baffle.
  17. The pio 720prs is a nice set, but otherwise I don't like anything else in particular from Polk or Pio.
