I am interested in a menu, I can't say that I have ever seen a Native American menu and I try everything that I can. Especially if they use a bit of French flair which usually doesn't suck unless you are trying to lose weight.

I prefer Goose, but really enjoy the duck as well. Gras just means edible btw. Foie means liver. It applies equally to duck & goose, but the French have this really pc way of feeding the geese that makes their livers swell up to be huge, fatty, and delicious. Gotta love raw organs!!
