I will say that I personally haven't sat and listened to each of these in an off-axis world to compare, but have heard all of them and feel they would all be very good off axis. All of the pairs that I am going to recommend will fit in your budget with shipping included. If you like your tweeters bright and are running them off axis you may like the extra brightness of a metal tweet. Although neither of these two really sound as metallic as you would expect they will both add a bit of brightness that metal can bring. Also of course, if you prefer metal tweeters you would probably like these as well. If it were my rig, I'd probably go with the HDS's in your price range as I think they are an outstanding buy for the dollar and a great sounding tweet. The Seas and Usher are nice as well.
