Ran outside, not quite the gb but mosquito control instead. for destroying those friggin' beasts!! I should have realized that when the pickup they have stopped at the pond/swamp on the edge of my property and sampled the water that is what it would be. Good timing too as I haven't seen any this year yet and that pond is a stagnant mating pool for sure.

Sweat equity is required to move up the property ladder faster. In my next place I'd rather put the sweat into things that are more for me.

Thanks it was all shag carpet, green flowered wall paper, and no hardwood when I moved in. Lots of work redoing that chit.
