Of course, when I move I might get another new project. High efficiency SQ installation with flat SPL output required. (boat installation) That might end up plopping some pro audio drivers in my lap as well. I'd actually love to hear some of the B&C stuff side by side with the Seas and others. I am very curious, but am concerned that the lower midbass will drive me nuts. Of course on a boat I might be able to run stereo subs right next to the l/r driver so then it wouldn't matter. For that test a day. My only problem is I really need to sell my damn house before I can do it. Making a wad of baffles and having an IB place to mount them will make a mess in a house that is seemingly drawing a fair amount of customer traffic. (been listed four days and had 3 showings, 2 more setup, and 24 realtors go through it). As soon as it sells, the house we want to buy is vacant and has the perfect room for doing exactly what I want.

Trying to setup a mid listening test with another Diyma member, between us we would have: Seas W18 Nextel Seas W18 Excel Seas CA18RnX Dayton RS180 Mach Mli Peerless Exclusive & maybe the Usher *wants someone to send a SS Revelator if we do... I'd love to do it but also want to be fair and haven't figured out the best enclosure to do that with. I'd really like to do IB testing in a nice large or deadened room instead of using an enclosure. Currently contemplating baffle ideas to make it happen. Also it makes me want to buy a DCX for crossing things over. Then we could add tweets, but if I am going that far a bigger get together might be in order. And no, I won't be adding subs. Personally that portion of the music isn't something that is tough to make me happy on in comparison.
