Understandable. Me and very strong magnetic fields don't get along too well... You should go hang out in an MRI lab. I wore a pair of Docs to one and of course going in you strip yourselves of metal. When they turned on the machine (20 feet away) it felt like me feet were being pulled out from underneath me. Holy friggin' strong magnetic field batmang.

I suppose I should add that I just got promoted. Only one step down from the President now. Also took over control of the Detroit area so I will be spending a bunch of time doing NVH consulting with the automotive manufacturers.

If you are doing this active you will have no problem; however, passive it may not be great. The reason being is that an elliptical crossover is typically a LR crossover with a notch filter. These are both tuned to the impedance of the circuit so if you change the impedance the zobel and the crossover may no longer line up and therefore create a strange response. If you are running that many drivers that are capable of playing beyond the frequency range that you require I would stick with a more simple crossover design.
