Sucks to control the H701 with, compared to the RUX control unit. But, it works.....and IMO is better than having to deal with dual units ton control your stereo with. That's what I figured, too bad to hear but I'd still like the combo myself. Good luck with the cables.

Part 260-317 at PE, its too expensive but eh the search was easy. http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/pshowdetl.c...FTOKEN=37049837

  6. I am myself a BMW fan, and dig most of them. Here is my baby, not exactly a new one but she sure is fun.
  7. You won't complain about either performance wise, and being Mike is so great to work with I'd lean towards the Rlp for that reason alone.

You might already be adding enough. It will really depend on you though. Try it a couple ways. You can always put some in loose and see which way it sounds best to you.

She-i-o, I haven't looked at one of these in a couple of months but thought it was just 4th order slopes only. I do plan to use one when I build some mains, but I can't run a whole HT and house stereo active. Not unless I buy stock in an amplifier company.

It is always hard to take pictures without looking like a perve. Just point the camera and hip shoot hoping to get some good ones.

It was pretty slow on the lake yesterday since the AM started out with thunderstorms, but here are a couple of talent shots for you all.

Glad to see you made it over. Welcome.
  19. I think the Rlp is proven as well.
  20. 140 to 180 is not a big deal, your amp will be fine either way.

I am about to order $300 worth of damn passive crossover components. The dark side is winning. DCX-2496 FTW! Sold out the last I looked and the slopes aren't steep enough. I will be getting one soon though for my mains which will be all active.

Same here. These are "office" or bedroom speakers though and it is hard to get a 60db crossover slope with the lower cost active crossovers. I may shave some cost out of them yet...
