Seems low, but not surprised in that a crappy spl meter won't be able to measure chit at 50hz. -
Have 3.91's for a 9" Ford and a powertrax locker in my basement, had to retire the car before installation.

The "ice blob" half way up is a glacier.
Southern Chile, overlooks the Magellan straights. In the language I don't speak they call the area Torres del Paine, super beautiful.
Like the plasma, but you can't get one for $15 like an angle grinder.
Where is that? Three towers in Patagonia.
