1971 impala build
Lookin' sweet and like a lot of frickin' work. I don't think you are charging that guy enough even though I don't even know what you are charging. Can't wait to see the installed pics.

Thanks Tom for the rec'd, free internet in Phoenix ftw. Especially since my flight is now delayed an extra hour.

cant decide on which components to buy!
Yep, if it looks good and sounds like ass how is that a good decision stereo wise. Experimentation is the key, I would never decide how my imaging was going to be based on where my speaks looked cool. If they only fit one place then you have to make due, but with an open slate play around and find a good location first.

Laptops pretty much svck. Way overpriced and underpowered, and I know you know that you could build 4 or 5 desktop machines that were equivalent for the same price.

Ah, watercooling ftw. Of course you would still need a fan, but with 6.5v running to 2 Nexus fans the background noise in my house is higher. With a waterblock you could probably run like 3v to it on the radiator and have no troubles. I put those in my cpu which is my tv/stereo music source but the dang video card and processor fan dominate (both Zalmann quiets too), I finally just put the PC in the other room. My home PC is the loudest thing ever, I just got the point where I said "Screw this" and let all 7 fans roar. Mine's clocked more than 20% over and is pretty quiet, all you hear are the two Zalman's but it still measures under 30dBA total.

Ural, but you probably don't want it. Either that or you have to go offboard (Behringer 2496) or offboard integrated like the H701.

I'd go that route. Even though they dont match....!!! If you don't have a pu&&y it doesn't need to match.

Thought about a really quiet fan instead of passive?

Elias, Cool vid, didn't realize you had Brahma's. Those lenses are getting cleared on the M, but the side markers supposedly aren't legal (of course neither is my tint). I would like to get rid of all the orange because it looks wrong on my car. I circled the lenses in question:

Sort of like our front side markers, they have to reflect amber and I'd really like to clear mine out. Who the heck is going to miss a bright red M?

Things run in spurts. I saw two Gallardo's on the same day in Minny which considering it was still winter was a complete shocker. About two weeks ago when it was above 50, but strange. One red, one yellow. The red one was a ways off and the yellow one wouldn't try to run with me. Wuss.
