Yeah that is absurd. The last time I was here the funniest "High speed chase" I had ever seen was on though. Some guy was driving around at less than 5mph for 4 hours and they didn't stop him. I mean chit, just get a dumptruck and ram his dumb ass. He doesn't deserve any rights being like that... In Costa Mesa now myself, but don't see the chase. Just the Miami shooting news...
