The settings are equally important. Any knob you can change would be good to know what it is at including the head unit settings.

No. EVERY setting and pictures. We already went over this....no one can help you without it. Shop is just taking your money atm and it won't help!!

Turn the gain down and see it goes away. Thermal noise is hiss and a sign the gain is too high....or the amp is a pos. Easy to test.

Except lighter so they need more mass. Definitely show be sealed. Theybdelaminate with Any moisture which defeats the purpose of having them in the first place

Any and everything that is adjustable along with pictures of the mounting. Baffle and deadening are a must for midbass. The alpines bolted into the stock mounting versus the stock speakers with a fixed install will be a downgrade....
