  1. Lol. Nightmare. Spend the same on a Windows PC and an Apple and the Apple will feel like a slow turd.
  2. Comparing a 3k laptop to a $300 laptop isn't a good comparison. Apple shit only works nice if you only Apple. That SUCKS.
  3. Lol. Apple works "great"
  4. I thought a milk plug must be some tree hugging hippy shit for a yogurt starter. Fermenting tool, lol, not a dealer.
  5. Cream is harder to get. Only way is to pull a bucket and skim off the top after it settles. More like a weak half and half. Storage regulations pre-homogenize. I don't use raw milk for much. Raw veggies, raw milk and sauerkraut give me house clearing gas together. Being a German farm that is defacto holiday food, lol.
  6. And a dumb one at that. Gimp opens them but otherwise good luck unless you use one of those San Bernardino devices
  7. Rofl. Pop culture and me are oil and water. That I ought to know
  8. Lol. Two dairy farms in the family. You want some milk?
  9. I love walking around old cities listening to music instead of the obnoxious tourist noisees.
  10. Btw, I returned the microBTR and ordered the 1k. Just the claim of the Qualcomm mic and software is enough to be an improvement. When I bought the micro I didn't think I'd use the voice part, but found it super useful while traveling in particular in Europe or long transit where I wear the headphones a shit ton.
  11. I don't know what a milk plug is. I assume it is a yogurt starter...for which I just use a bit of store bought yogurt. Google doesn't really help answer that question. Had wondered how yogurt is started without yogurt....but I don't make it often because I don't like it
  12. nice work!!
  13. not that I know of.
  14. How is the mic on your Fiio? I had complaints on mine this week...so maybe I return it and upgrade.
  15. Pickles I just do on the counter. <- has no experience with kefir and am not sure what else you want to ferment
  16. If you want it semisealed a PID and a crockpot works too
  17. Light in my old one was about 110
  18. Although to be fair, I should say used to. New oven has a bread proof setting from 80-100F
  19. Just put it in your oven with the light on. You'd be shocked how close in temp that is. It is how I make yogurt.
  20. I don't know what you want a cheap version of.
  21. Hmm, it is blank.
  22. I keep meaning to start baking but where the fuck would I find time for that?
  23. My dad has some > 10 yr old MN starter if you need some. Sure he would share
  24. I get at least one new card a year because of that. I would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER buy anything using any card linked to my bank account online. Hell I won't use my bank card for anything but getting cash. Credit cards it is easy to deal with and not related at all to your bank account number.
  25. Every problem I have ever had seems very trivial after reading that. Glad you are a strong one
