Sort of bummed. One of my neighbors is moving whose house I'd like to live in. Has a hockey rink in the backyard and an indoor basketball court which would be sweet for the boys. They bought a lot and are building a new house on the lake. Asked what their selling price to see if I could get it to fly-- $2.4M. I'm actually shocked, it isn't lake front and in many ways isn't better than our house besides the yard, my assraping driveway, and the sport court. Seals the deal on my remodel though.
